According to Richard's interpretation images / stories / identity /Withmond, in his book "The Return of the Goddess," obeyed only the ecstatic forces of his nature and offered their purifying power to the supplicants.
This ephemeral sculpture of Land Art, has historicist character, retakes a pre-Christian theme usual in the Mediterranean since antiquity. It was made in the courtyard of a Christian church in the town of S. Pere de Vilamajor, in Barcelona.
A form of feminine symbolism (pubis and uterus joined by a cypress root) collects a poetics of invisible activity based on the dynamics that takes place inside two ceramic bowls. One of them filled with salt poses a process of absorption of atmospheric water, another, full of water completes the cycle with a process evaporating water into the atmosphere.
Part of the materials used are allusive to the possibility of nourishment and fertilization (berries, plums, the white fabric is cabo_a based on loose threads). It is a work of ephemeral character.
